Usually when surroundings are favorable will your puppy be susceptible to whatever it is you are trying to relay. Dogs are not too much unlike children, everything is new and wonderful so their focus is really limited. Commencing puppy training as soon as possible will help prevent unwelcome behaviour problems from developing.
